All the information on the website and other platforms provided by Smyckegård Coaching or partners is for educational purposes only, and it is not approved by any health officials. You use all the information at your own risk.
4. Refund Policy
Online programmes are not valid for refunds unless stated otherwise on the product pages.
Personal coaching: If the Smyckegård Coaching coach is unable to coach due to illness or force majeure, a full refund will be issued. Or, if an alternate coach is arranged upon participant request, no refund will be given.
If a participant cancels: A full refund is available if the cancellation is made at least 21 days before the personal coaching session(s) start date. Refunds apply only to coaching fees and do not cover travel, accommodation, or personal expenses.
5. Insurance Responsibility
Participants are responsible for their own insurance coverage. It is recommended that non-Finnish participants acquire travel insurance with additional sports insurance for sports-related activities when coming to Finland or any foreign country.
6. Specialised and medical Information
The content on this Website does not constitute medical, legal, financial, or other specialised advice. You should not rely solely on the information presented here and should consult a qualified medical professional before making any decisions related to training, fitness, or other areas discussed on the Website.
7. Assumption of Risk

9. Limitation of Liability

11. Dispute Resolution and Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Finnish law, excluding its conflict of law rules. Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation. If no resolution is reached, disputes will be settled by a one-member arbitration court under the Arbitration Board of the Central Chamber of Commerce. Proceedings will take place in Helsinki, Finland, in Finnish, and the final ruling will be binding.
12. User Conduct
You agree to use the Website lawfully and respectfully. Any form of harassment, hate speech, abusive language, or disruptive behaviour will result in access restrictions.
